REVIEWS

"I moved to Grandview in 1972. Although secluded and peaceful, it's only minutes from Red Wing's shopping and entertainment districts. Park management keeps it a pleasant place to live. In an area that lacks affordable housing, Grandview is a great option."

"Grandview Mobile Home Park has been our home for 33 years. Over the many years, we have enjoyed the singing of the birds, the many friendships we have made, and the way the Grandview community has watched out for each other. The managers have always been there for us when we needed something, and if something was wrong or needed fixing, they would work with us until the situation was resolved. They are very caring and compassionate people who take pride in the work they do for the park to keep it safe for the Grandview residents."

"We bought a home in Grandview in 1989 ~ later trading it for a double-wide, also here in Grandview. And now I have an anniversary of sorts ~ thirty years! And I’m still in the park! I feel safe out here, I enjoy the quiet residential feel of a nice neighborhood, the coziness of being tucked into a hillside nestled among the trees ~ truly a rural setting in the city limits. Very nice indeed!"

I have heard it said that the three most important things about choosing a place to live are location, location, and location. They are great here at Grandview… Kwik Trip is just over the hill, Walmart is about 2 miles in the other direction, the movie theater and place where I get my hair cut (Fantastic Sam’s) are close as is the Walgreens Pharmacy. Culver’s is on my favorite places to eat. Even Perkins isn’t so far away. All these can be utilized without going downtown. I like being away from the busy highway and up on the hillside away from traffic.

The lot rent here is very reasonable because of course, we are still obliged to pay for lights, gas, water, recycling, etc. And finally, I find the managers to be very friendly. I have lived here for 26 years since the summer of 1993."
